Privacy policy and terms and conditions of use of the mazowszestudiaregionalne.pl web portal

§1. Site ownership

Mazovian Voivodeship Local Government represented by the Mazovian Office of Regional Planning in Warsaw is the owner of the mazowszestudiaregionalne.pl web portal and holds all rights to the content (text, photographs) published on that web portal.

§ 2. User rights

  1. Users are entitled to download and/or print parts of or full content of the mazowszestudiaregionalne.pl web portal for personal use, provided that they do not violate any copyrights and rights to registration of marks owned by Mazovian Office of Regional Planning in Warsaw.

  8. Data entered and collected upon registration of services provided by the web portal does not allow user identification and is not personal data in the meaning of article 6 of the Act 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 133, item 833, as amended).

§ 5. Final provisions

  1. Use of the mazowszestudiaregionalne.pl web portal and content published thereon by the user is equivalent with acceptance of the "Terms and conditions of use of the mazowszestudiaregionalne.pl web portal" and privacy policy applied by the Mazovian Office of Regional Planning in Warsaw.
